30 years of experience in management consulting, project management and people change management in the Government of Canada. Mr. Latreille is the original designer of the Transformation Management Framework and a strong advocate for the emerging profession of Transformation Management. He is a Professional Engineer (Université Laval) and Fellow Certified Government Transformation Manager (CGTM®).
Mario Latreille, Fellow CGAP
Engineer and Certified Government Agile Practitioner (CGAP®), with a mix of experience and theoretical knowledge through 20+ years of large-scale delivery leadership on an international stage. He is also a SAFe, PMI and Tameflow Kanban certified practitioner.
Mario is the author and instructor of the Essentials of Government Agile Project Execution course.

Sean Danchuk, CTM
Certified Transformation Manager (CGTM) with 20-years of experience in management consulting, strategic planning, process improvement, and business analysis in both private and public sector. Mr. Danchuk is a veteran and former public servant, who is a graduate of the Royal Military College of Canada, holds a Master's degree and is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

Computer Scientist, MBA, Certified Transformation Manager (CTM) and PMP with over 25 years experience in the analysis and implementation of IT enterprise solutions in the Federal Government.
