
Mr. Latreille is the Managing Director of the Global Transformation Management Institute and serves as Chair of the Advisory Committee. With 30 years of experience in management consulting, project management, and people change management across both the public and private sectors, Mr. Latreille is the original designer of the Transformation Management Framework. He is a strong advocate for the emerging profession of Transformation Management, emphasizing its importance in effective governance and leadership. Mr. Latreille holds a degree in Engineering from Université Laval and is a Fellow Certified Transformation Manager (CTM®).

Engineer and Certified Enterprise Agility Practitioner (CEAP®), with a mix of experience and theoretical knowledge accumulated over 20+ years in large-scale delivery leadership on an international stage, focused on governance and effective leadership strategies. He is also a certified practitioner in SAFe, PMI, and Tameflow Kanban. Mario is the author and instructor of the Essentials of Enterprise Agility course at the Global Transformation Management Institute.

Mr. Danchuk is a Certified Government Transformation Manager (CGTM®) with 20 years of experience in management consulting, strategic planning, process improvement, and business analysis in both the private and public sectors. As a veteran and former public servant, he is a graduate of the Royal Military College of Canada and holds a Master's degree. Additionally, he is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and has been actively involved with the Global Transformation Management Institute, focusing on governance and leadership strategies.
