This certification is available upon successfully completing the Essentials of Transformation Management Course.
The Certified Enterprise Agility Practitioner (CGAP) designation serves as a testament to an individual's expertise in applying agility within both business and government sectors, complementing the role of a Certified Transformation Manager.
The Certified Government Change Manager (CGCM) designation demonstrates an individual's expertise in Government Change Management, showcasing their proficiency in utilizing people change management tools and techniques within the Government of Canada. This certification is available upon successful completion of the Government People Change Management course and is renewable every 5 years, a valuable credential for Certified Government Agility Practitioners and Certified Transformation Managers.

The Certified Transformation Manager (CTM) is the only designation that encompasses all the essential Knowledge Areas required to successfully execute a government transformation. This includes Opportunity Proposal, Business Analysis and Solution Definition, Project Approval (including TB Submissions), Project Management, People Change Management, and Transformation Management.
