Course 1 - Essentials of Government Transformation Management
The Essentials of Transformation Management ® course covers the 8 phases of the Government Transformation Management Framework ® (GTMF)...from the moment a problem has been identified, all the way to a fully deployed solution.
Government of Canada and TBS Compliant - This course is fully compliant to Treasury Board of Canada's latest policy and directive on the management of investments, programs and projects (2019).
Comprised of 9 lessons of 90 minutes each via a live instructor (online via Teams). Students will learn the essentials of business analysis, project approval, project management and people change management. Click here for more information on the GTMF.
Students that attend all lessons and successfully complete the exam obtain the Certified Government Transformation Manager (CGTM®) designation.
Cost = $2,950 (CAD), which includes 5 years of certification and one-on-one coaching throughout the course duration.

Course 2 - Essentials of Government Agile Project Execution
The Essentials of Government Agile Project Execution is the perfect complement to our Essentials of Government Transformation Management course. This course will teach project team members best of bread agile practices for developing solutions through the collaborative effort of self-organizing...with the ultimate objective of consistently producing value in a timely manner.
The course is delivered online with a live instructor, comprised of 5 lessons of 90 minutes.
Students that attend all lessons and successfully complete the exam obtain the Certified Government Agile Practitioner® (CGAP) designation.
Cost = $1,500 plus HST, which includes 5 years of certification (CGAP) and one-on-one coaching throughout the course duration.

Course 3 - Government People Change Management
This course teaches public servants and consultants how to deal with the needs & concerns of the people impacted by a transformation and their natural resistance to change. Here you will learn the tools and technics to obtain buy-in from your target recipients of change, throughout the 8 phases of our Government Transformation Management Framework.
The course is delivered online with a live instructor, comprised of 8 lessons, course material and templates of key artifacts.
Students that attend all lessons and successfully complete the exam obtain the Certified Government Change Manager® (CGCM) designation.
Cost = $1,500 plus HST, which includes 5 years of certification and one-on-one coaching throughout the course duration.
